Oyster Sauce with Cabbage and Pork

Here’s an easy dish to make, using Cabbage, Pork and Oyster Sauce. You can make this as a main dish or a side dish if you want, it serve for 2 people. It’s good to serve with hot steamed rice, salad, and Japanese miso soup if you have in your area.
Ingredients
  • 150 grams Roast Pork Sliced
  • ¼ small Cabbage size
  • 1 piece Garlic small
  • 1 piece Ginger small
  • 1 tbsp. Sesame Seed Oil
  • 1½ tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • ½ tsp. Shoyu Sauce
  • 1 pinch Salt and Pepper

Instructions
  1. Okay now we have all we need to get started, first we need to cut our pork and cabbage into small mouth size pieces. Next chop up the garlic and ginger into small fine pieces. Now pre-heat your frying pan and add your sesame seed oil here. Then add your garlic and ginger into the frying pan on low heat until you get a good flavor smell. (You will know in a couple of minutes on what I mean here).
  2. Now add your pork and turn your heat to medium high, than add your salt and pepper. When your pork turn to a nice brownish on both sides, add your cabbage and fry it for about 2~3 minutes. Now add the remaining ingredients and cook for about 1~2 minutes. Now you are ready to serve.
