Author:
Recipe type: Main Dish, Chicken
Cuisine: Japanese
Serves: 2

Ingredients
  • 2 pieces of chicken (300g ~ 400g thighs)
  • 20g of string kidney beans
  • 2 tbls of sour cream
  • 2 tbls of fresh cream
  • 2 tbls of mustard
  • dry basil (enough for you liking)
  • E.V. olive oil (enough for your liking)
  • salt and pepper (enough for your liking)

Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken thighs into 8 pieces. Then add your spice of salt, pepper, and dry basil to the chicken thighs. Set the chicken aside in a plate while we prepare the kidney beans.
  2. Next get a pot of water and boil it, then add the string kidney bean to the boiled water and let it boil for about 1 minute.
  3. Now we need a frying pan so that we can roast the chicken in. Add the E.V. olive oil to the pan and set the heat to medium fire. Add the chicken and roast for about 7 ~ 8 minutes or so. (Depends on how you like your chicken cooked)
  4. Once the chicken is ready, we are going to add the rest of the ingredients to the pan. First add the kidney beans, than the sour cream, mustard and fresh cream. Mix all of these together on a low heat, so we don’t burn the chicken.
  5. There you have it Chicken Mustard Sauce. We usually have this with hot steamed rice and a side salad.
