Japanese Recipe called Uni Cheese Yaki Tofu

I have been getting some request about have more recipes for tofu. So here’s another Japanese recipe call “Cheese Uni Yaki Tofu”. This recipe may be alittle tricky due to the cheese melting; it sometimes gets a little messy. So let’s get started by getting our ingredients that we need.
Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp of uni (sea urchin)
  • 1 hard tofu
  • 20g of mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tbsp of mayonnaise

Instructions
  1. First we need to mix the the mayonnaise and the uni together.
  2. Next take the water out from the tofu and cut into 3 equal part.
  3. Next we need to get your mayonnaise uni sauce and spread the sauce on top of the tofu. Then apply the cheese on top of tofu and sauce.
  4. Now that we are done we need to put it in the toaster oven until cheese is golden brown and done 5-7 minutes to bake.
  5. Option: You can add the sticks to the bottom, so you can eat it like that. Or you can just place it on a plate and serve.

Notes
(Note: we don’t have an oven like they have in the US, so I think you can use the oven also for maybe 2 ~ 3minutes. If someone tries this with an oven please give me a feed back on the oven temperature and minutes, so I can update the information.)
