Fried Chikuwa with Green Tea Leaves

Good Morning Everyone, Today’s Recipes called Fried Chikuwa with Green Tea leaves. This is a side dish that’s goes great with any meat or fish main dish. It’s easy and simple direction to make. I usually make this when i have guest over the house. Well, let’s get start with cooking.
Ingredients
  • 4 chikuwa
  • 2 tsp green tea leaf
  • 3 tbsp potato starch
  • oil for deep- fry
  • salt for garnish

Instructions
  1. Cut the chikuwa in half and 1cm wise diagonal.
  2. Grind the green tea leaf until finely in a grinding bowl, and mix with the potato starch, and coat the chikuwa with then.
  3. Place the chikuwa in oil at 170℃, and deep-fry. When the batter is crispy, drain on a tray.
  4. Arrange the chikuwa on a plate, and garnish with salt. Eat while apply the salt.
