Well, Today’s Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Fu Chanpuru-Okinawa Style. This was submitted for a friend of mine in Okinawa which I will share with all of you. Ingredients
  • 100g spam, cut into rectangles pieces
  • ⅙ cabbage cut into 2㎝ pieces
  • ⅓ onion cut into 1㎝ slice
  • ⅓ carrot cut into rectangles
  • ½ pack sprouts
  • ½ bunch spring onion cut into 4-5㎝ length pieces
  • 20g “KURUMA-BU”(wheat gluten bread)
  • A:
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • a little of pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • a little of pepper
  • a little of dried bonito powder

Instructions
  1. Soak the KURUMABU in cold water, for about 10 min, and squeeze out of the moisture, and marinate into “A” for 2-3 min. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a frying pan, and fry briefly. transfer to a plate and set aside.
  2. Put the other oil same frying pan, and spam, carrot, onion, cabbage, sprouts in this order and fry.
  3. Put the back into “KURUMABU” into the pan, and adjust the flavor with salt, pepper, soy sauce and dried bonito powder. Then serve immediately.
