Cheese French Toast チーズフレンチトースト

Good Morning Everyone, a very nice sunny day in Japan. I hope its great weather where you are too. Today’s Cooking Recipe is Cheese French Toast or チーズフレンチトースト in Japanese. I thought I mix it up my recipe a bit, and add a favorite of mines. I hope that you like this recipe. Enjoy Well let’s get started with what we need to make our Cheese French Toast.
Ingredients
  • 8 slice bread
  • sliced cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 cc milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • maple syrup or honey

Instructions
  1. Put the cheese on the bread, and put the other bread on the cheese. Cut the bread edge.
  2. Drop the eggs into a bowl, and add the sugar and milk mix well, and then soak the prepared bread in the egg mixture for 3-5 min.
  3. Heat the butter in a frying pan over a low heat. When the melted butter, place the bread into frying pan and cook slowly with cover. When cooked light brown, turn over and cook to other side for about 1-2 min.
  4. Arrange the French toast a plate; serve with maple syrup or honey.
