Spinach with Roast Pine Nuts ほうれん草と松の実の和えもの

Well, today’s Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Spinach with Roasted Pine nuts or ほうれん草と松の実の和えもの in Japanese. This is a very Health Side dish for any main course meal and very simple to make. Enjoy. Let’s see what we need to make our Spinach with Pine Nuts dish.
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 25g pine nuts
  • ½ tbsp parmesan cheese
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • ½ tbsp vinegar
  • ⅓ tsp salt

Instructions
  1. Boil the spinach, rinse in cold water and squeeze out of moisture, and cut into 5㎝ lengths pieces.
  2. Roast the pine nuts and chopped roughly. Combine the parmesan cheese, honey, vinegar, and salt and mixing with pine nuts, then dress with spinach.
