Well, todays Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Beef Bowl or 牛丼 in Japanese. This is a very simple dish for dinner or lunch if you don’t want anything fancy to eat. Also very delicious too and easy to follow directions. Enjoy Let’s see what we need to make our Beef Bowl dish today.
Ingredients
  • 500g thinly sliced beef, cut into 5㎝ wide slices
  • ½ onion, cut into thinly slice
  • 4 bowl cooked rice
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp sake
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 3½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and beef. When it achieves an even brown color, add the sugar, mirin, sake, and soy sauce and continue frying. Simmer under a high heat until the sauce becomes glossy.
  2. Serve the cooked rice in a bowl, place the beef.
