Well, today on Cooking Japanese Style we have a very simple side dish recipe called Snow Peas with Sesame Soy Sauce or 絹さやのごまじょうゆ in Japanese. Ingredients
  • 300g snow peas
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1tbsp soy sauce
  • 3tbsp toasted sesame

Instructions
  1. Remove the strings of snow peas and boil briefly. Cool under the running cold water and pat dry.
  2. Put the snow peas in a bowl and add the soy sauce, ginger and sesame and toss.
