Long Green Onion and Potato Gratin 長ネギとじゃがいものグラタン

Well, today on Cooking Japanese Style we have a very Delicious recipe called Long Green Onion and Potato Gratin or 長ネギとじゃがいものグラタン in Japanese. This is a very simple recipe and very healthy recipe for the whole family to enjoy. My kids just love gratin, especially when they get to the end they really want to eat the crispy part left on the side of the dish. Does you are a kid or hubby does the same thing? Ingredients
  • 3 potato
  • 1 long green onion
  • 1-2 anchovy fillets
  • 100g pizza cheese
  • ½ cup fresh cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
  1. Peel the potato and slice them into 5㎜ thick slices. Soak in the water and drain. Place a paper towel on a heat-resistant dish. Put the potato and cover with plastic wrap loosely. Microwave until soft.
  2. Cut the long green onion into 4-5㎝ long pieces. And tear the anchovy into small pieces. Add the anchovy and long green onion to the potato and mix.
  3. Season the fresh cream with salt and pepper and pour the over the potatoes. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake in the oven at 200℃ for 30-40 min.
