Ingredients
  • ☆Type-A (with Milk)
  • Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • pinch of salt
  • pepper
  • 1½ tbsp butter
  • ☆Type-B(with Cheese)
  • Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ tbsp milk
  • 20g pizza cheese
  • pepper
  • 1½ butter
  • ☆Type-C (Double-boil)
  • Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh cream
  • ☆Type-D (Japanese style)
  • Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • ⅓ vegetable oil

Instructions
  1. ☆Type-A (with Milk)
  2. Beaten eggs in a bowl and add the milk, salt and pepper and mix. Heat the butter in a frying pan over a medium low heat. Pour the egg mixture in a frying pan and mixing with chopstick or fork. Cook for about 20 second, still eggs is soft, turn off the heat and arrange to in a plate. Sprinkle the pepper your taste.
  3. ☆Type-B(with Cheese)
  4. Beaten eggs in a bowl and add the milk, cheese, and pepper mix. Heat the butter in a frying pan over a medium low heat. Pour the egg mixture in a frying pan and mixing with chopstick or fork. Cook for about 20 second, still eggs is soft, turn off the heat and arrange to in a plate. Sprinkle the pepper your taste.
  5. ☆Type-C (Double-boil)
  6. Beaten eggs in a bowl (double-boil a pot into a bowl bottom) and add the salt , milk and mix. Cook it in a double boiler and keep stirring mix gently for about 7-8 min. Add the fresh cream mix briefly, turn off the heat.
  7. ☆Type-D (Japanese style)
  8. Beaten eggs into a bowl, and add the salt, mix. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Pour the egg mixture in a frying pan and cook until completely cook with 4 chopstick. When it the hard, turn off the heat and continue mixing until become flake.
