Cuisine: Japanese

Shirouo is a small transparent fish, which we usually eat raw. It may take some time to get use to eating this, as it moves in your month or as we say dances in your mouth. I have tasted this only once, but never tried it again. As I didn’t like the Shirouo moving in my mouth. You can find this in fresh fish markets and restaurants near or along the seaside of Japan. So if you ever come to visit Japan and want to taste some of Japans strange foods, this is one of them on the list. I will be adding more strange foods soon.
