Takikomi Gohan Meals: Shake Gohan (鮭ご飯)

Ingredients
  • 3 cups rice
  • 2 pieces salmon
  • 1 bundle enoki mushrooms
  • 2½ tbsp sake
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • water or dashi (Your Preference)
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
  1. Wash the rice for 30 min before cooking. Cut the enoki mushrooms in half. Sprinkle the salt on salmon.
  2. Put the rice, sake, and soy sauce. Add the water or dashi stock to 3 line of rice cooker and cook.
  3. When it’s done cooking, mix well and serves.
