- 1 egg
- 250cc warm water
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- ☆ 350g bread flour
- ☆ 170g flour
- ☆ 1⅓ tsp dried yeast
- ☆ 1 tsp salt
- ☆ 4 tbsp honey for boil
- Combine the bread flour and flour. Drop the egg into a large bowl and beat. Add the honey, oil, and warm water and mix well. Sift the half flour and adding and add the yeast then mix well until smoothly.
- Add the other flour and salt. Then mix and knead for about 10 min.
- Wrap the bowl with plastic film and let stand for about 2 hours at 25-30℃ place.
- Transfer the dough to bread board and cut into 16 pieces anemone on the cloth. Shape the dough into donuts forms.
- Boiling the water in a large pot, add the honey. Boil the bagel for about 1-2 min.
- Bake the bagel for about 13 min at 200℃ oven.
