Easy Sausage 簡単ソーセージ

Serves: 2 – 3
 

Ingredients
  • 300g Chicken ground meat
  • ½ onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp minced parsley
  • cumin seed powder, coriander powder, basil, etc…(your taste spices)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
  1. Cut the onion into finely chopped. Put the all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  2. Wrap the meat mixture with plastic film to like sausage shape and tie the ends for plastic film.
  3. Steam the sausage for about 20 min, with lid slightly open over a medium low heat. If you don’ have steamer, you can use microwave.
  4. It is also delicious grilled after steamed.
