Fox-Bowl Kitsune Don きつね丼

Ingredients
  • 2 portion cooked rice
  • 3-4 eggs
  • ½ onion
  • 2 deep- fried tofu
  • ½ pack tofu
  • 250cc dashi stock
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sake
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Japanese chili

Instructions
  1. Pour boiling water over the deep fried tofu to eliminate excess oil, cut it 4-5㎝ rectangles cut. Beaten the egg. Cut the onion into thinly slice, and cut the tofu into bite size pieces.
  2. Combine the dashi stock, soy sauce, sake, mirin, and sugar in a pan, and bring. Add the onion, deep-fried tofu, and tofu, and simmer for about 4-5 min.
  3. While it simmering, pour the beaten eggs over the ingredients. When it half cooked, put a lid on and simmer it briefly.
  4. Divide the cooked rice in individual bowls and put the deep-fried tofu and egg on top. garnish with Japanese chili you taste.
