Sprouts and Pork with MISO Rice Bowl もやしの豚味噌丼

We will have more recipes using spout later this month, so stay plugin with us. The recipe is called Sprouts and Pork with Miso Rice Bowl or もやしの豚味噌丼 in Japanese. Very easy to make too. Ingredients
  • 100g sliced thinly pork
  • 2packs sprouts
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 spring onion
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 donburi bowl cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp red miso
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp toh ban jyan
  • 100cc Chinese soup stock(chicken base)
  • salt

Instructions
  1. Cut the pork into bite- size pieces, sprinkle the sake, soy sauce and potato starch. Cut the spring onion into minced.
  2. Wash the sprouts and Drain. Combine the Chinese soup stock, sake, soy sauce, red miso, oyster sauce, toh ban jyan, and salt into a small bowl and mix well. set aside.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and ginger, and fry until becomes to good smell. Add the pork and fry. Add the sprouts and fry for about 2-3 min.
  4. Add the seasoning mixture, and fry for about 2-3 min.
  5. Place the cooked rice in a donburi bowl, put the sprouts and pork on top. Garnish with minced spring onion.
