Pork Saute with Mayonnaise 豚肉のマヨネーズ炒め

Tuesday’s recipe on Cooking Japanese Style is dish called Pork Sauté with Mayonnaise or 豚肉のマヨネーズ炒め in Japanese. Here another main course that my family loves to eat and the hubby usually makes it for us, so you know it’s simple and easy to make. Enjoy and we will see you all tomorrow, have a great day.
Ingredients
  • 200g thinly sliced pork belly
  • ½ onion
  • 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
  • ½ green onion
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • soy sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
  1. Cut the pork into bite-size pieces. Cut the onion thinly slice and green onion is using diagonal cut technique. Cut the stem of shimeji mushroom and divide them small groups.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the pork and fry. When the pork to becomes change color, add the onion, shimeji mushroom, and green onion and fry.
  3. All ingredients are almost cooked, add the salt, pepper, and soy sauce and fry. Add the mayonnaise and fry briefly.
