Good Morning Everyone.  Another beautiful day here in the land of the sun, as the day’s go by I was told by another blogger that I should write a little more then just sharing recipes.  I’m not a very good writer, but I guess it wouldn’t hurt to write a little more in my post.  Today’s recipe on Cooking Japanese Style is a favorite dish all around Japan, called Yakitori Bowl or 焼き鳥丼 in Japanese.  You can find a lot of Yakitori Shop threw out Japan and most times it’s very inexpensive.

Yakitori is great any time of the year, but most popular during the summer time. Yakitori goes great after a long days work and a cold beer, this is a pattern for a lot of Japanese Salary Men and Office Women. This can also be bought in Supermarkets for the family, when they don’t feel like cooking. When there are left overs this recipe is great for the next day’s breakfast or lunch. So if you are planning a picnic with friend or family try making some Japanese Style Yakitori on the BBQ is another great way to cook it too. Wow, I wrote more then I use too. lol Have a great Thursday and we will see you all tomorrow.
