Herb Oil-MPO ハーブオイル:まなみパワーオイル

Here’s a Herb Oil-MPO is a great dressing that one of my friend made for me to try on some of our meats, like fish, chicken, pork, and beef recipe. I think we used up all of oil and decided to copy what she made and here’s the the ingredients and direction if you want to make you only too. Oh forgot one more thing, the MPO means Manami Power Oil (Manami is my friends name) so I named this after her.
Ingredients
  • 500ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 branch rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 red chili

Instructions
  1. Cut the garlic in half, and remove the core. Remove the seed of chili.
  2. Put the rosemary, garlic, and chili in a some bottle. Add the extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Let stand for 1 hour over.
