Ingredients
  • 150 g pork strips
  • 3cm long green onion
  • 2 dash pepper
  • 3 dash salt
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • bowl of cooked rice (this depends on how much you want to eat, if you want 300g of rice should be a good balance)

Instructions
  1. Firstly we need to pre-heat the stove to medium heat. Then season the pork strips with salt and pepper. Add the sesame oil to the frying pan and when the heat ready add the pork strip and fry for about 3 minutes on both sides. When it’s done take out and set it aside.
  2. Secondly we need to cook our long green onions, this will take only a couple minutes. You just want to soften the green onion, so you don’t want to over cook it.
  3. Lastly get you bowl of rice, add the pork over the rice and then add the green onion on the top middle on your pork and your done.
