Hello Everyone, Here’s a Great Summer Japanese Recipe for everyone. A couple days ago one of my wife’s friends gave us some freshly made Udon noodles. Since I love eat this dish, I diffidently wanted to make this my self. Hey, it’s not often we get freshly made udon noodles.
Ingredients
  • 1 pkg udon
  • 1 inch cut white radish
  • 1 onsen tomago (hot spring egg)
  • chopped green onions (your preference)
  • Japanese dipping sauce (your preference)

Instructions
  1. Firstly we need to peel off the skin on the white radish, then grade it into a bowl.
  2. Secondly we need to boil some for the udon, once the water is boiling add the udon and boil for 15 minutes. Once the udon is ready, pour out the boiling and wash with cool water and set aside.
  3. Now we are almost done, add the udon into a bowl. Next add the Japanese dipping sauce, here this is totally up to you on how much you want to add.
  4. Lastly adding the garnish, add you onsen tomago and top it off with chopped green onions. Done and ready to serve.
