Mentaiko with Sesame Oil 明太子のごま油和え

Here are just some Updates of some new project that I have been playing with lately. I have made a Japanese Homemade Furikake Spice recently and this can be used for sprinkling on your rice or be used for cooking meats and fish. So it's like a 2 in one type of spice. I'm still doing some testing and been giving out some test sample to family and friends, to get some feedback on the product. If everything goes well, we are looking to get my spice product out before Christmas. More on this later this weekend. Well, let's get started with what we need to make our Mentaiko with Sesame Oil.
