Roots and Kyo-na Salad Japanese Style れんこんと京菜のサラダ

- 12㎝ Roots
- ⅓ bunch kyo-na
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp kuro-zu(black vinegar) or balsamic
- sesame
- salt and pepper
- Cut the KYO-NA into 2㎝ length pieces, and rinse into cold water for 10 min, Drain and pat.
- Cut the roots into the thinly half-moon, and grill.
- Combine the sesame oil, soy sauce, kuro-zu, toasted sesame, salt and pepper, and mix well, make to dressing.
- Arrange the KYO-NA in a dish plate, place the roots on top, pour over the dressing and mix briefly.
