Stuffed Green Pepper ピーマンの肉詰め

Ingredients
  • 6 green pepper
  • 200g ground pork
  • 2 shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 pieces of ginger
  • ⅓ naganegi-onion
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp sake
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • salt and pepper
  • starch
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Press the calyx of the pepper towards the inside and remove it as all the seeds and cut in half length ways.
  2. Cut the shiitake mushrooms, naganegi-onion, and ginger into mince.
  3. Place the ground pork in a bowl, and add the shiitake mushrooms, naganegi-onion, ginger, sake, soy sauce, salt and pepper and mix well. Add the sesame oil and mix vigorously.
  4. With a starch, dust the inside the green pepper with plenty of starch.
  5. Stuff the green pepper with stuffing.
  6. Place the oil in a frying pan, line up the green peppers with the eat part on the bottom and sauté over low heat until it is heat through.
  7. After 4-5 min, flip the stuffed peppers and add 1 tbsp. sake, cover with a lid and gently saute.
  8. Arrange the stuffed peppers on a plate, garnish with grated radish, and pour the ponzu soy sauce.
