How to make: Japanese Rice Bowl with 3 toppings

- rice , cooked with 2cup
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger juice
- 250g ground chicken
- 6-8 eggs
- 2 cups frozen peas
- ½ tsp salt
- pickled ginger to garnish
- Cook the rice.
- Combine 1tbsp of sugar, 1tbsp of the soy sauce, 1tbsp of the sake
- and ginger juice in small pan. Bring to a boil and add the chicken, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up the clumps.
- Cook for about 3min, remove from the heat and set aside.
- Cook the peas on boiling water until tender, about 2min.
- Drain and set aside.
- Beat the eggs, and put then, salt and remaining sugar, soy sauce
- and sake in a sauce pan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly
- until the eggs are set but still moist about 4min, remove from the heat.
- Spoon the cooked rice into 3-4 individual bowls and place equal amount of the 3 toppings over rice in distance sections,
- Garnish with pickled ginger and serve immediately.
