Ingredients
400g spaghetti
40 fresh basil leaves
1 garlic clove
1 cup olive oil
80g grated parmesan cheese
30g pine nuts
1 potato
French beans
salt
Instructions
Blend basil leaves, oil, garlic and salt in a food processor; add the pine nuts and parmesan cheese.
Peel the potato, and cut into small pieces, cut the French beans into small pieces, and boil together.
Once it stars boiling, add the salt and pasta.
Strain pasta and vegetables and add the pesto sauce, mix well.
