Samosa サモサ

Ingredients
  • Dough:
  • 2 cup flour
  • ⅓ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • pinch of onion seed
  • water
  • Filling:
  • 3 potato
  • 1 green pepper
  • ⅓ tbsp red chili pepper
  • ⅓ tsp salt
  • pinch of salt
  • water
  • vegetable oil for deep frying
Instructions
  1. Put the flour, salt, oil and onion seed in a bowl, add the water little by little, and mix by hand until dough us as hard as your earlobe.
  2. Roll dough into a flat, round shape with a rolling pin, each should be a little larger than the palm of your hand.
  3. Cut the green pepper into dice, and microwave potatoes until soft and peel, wash and cut into dice. Fry the potatoes and green pepper in a frying pan, add the salt, red pepper, and cumin seed while frying, add the water so it cover all ingredients, and simmer until the water is gone. And put i a bowl and stir.
  4. Cut each pieces of dough in half, fold it and make into a cone shape, add the filling in the tip of the cone and fold, fry in a pan full of oil until light brown color.
