Coconut Steam Bread ココナッツの蒸しパン

Serves: 2 - 3
- 200g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 6 eggs
- 160g sugar
- 150ml milk
- 50g coconut powder
- 2 tbsp gignger juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- Combine the flour and baking powder, and sift it into a bowl.
- Place the egg and sugar in a bowl, mix well, add the milk, and mix again.
- Add the half of "2" into flour, and mix well, add another half, mix well again, and add the coconut powder.
- Pour the mixture over paper cup, dividing 80%, place the cup in a steamer and steam for about 15-20 min.
- Serve with the honey added ginger juice.
