Banana Crumble バナナクランブル

Ingredients
  • 150g flour
  • 100 butter( should be softened)
  • 80g granules sugar
  • 30g sliced almond
  • 20 dried blueberries
  • 2 bananas( cut into roughly bite size)
Instructions
  1. Place the butter in a bowl, knead until soften with wooden spoon, add the sugar and mix well, add sifted flour, and knead gently.
  2. Mold dough into a ball, crush with your hands, and add the sliced almond and blueberry and mixing.
  3. Preheat the oven to 190℃, line the oven sheet with bake dish, and put the bananas, and dough on top of bananas. Bake for about 20 min.
