- 12 strawberries
- ½ Fresh orange juice
- 50g granules sugar

- 2 eggs

- maple syrup
- Place the strawberries, fresh orange juice and granules sugar, let stand until melted sugar.
- Place the pan over medium heat, gently stirring- simmer, when it became tender and strawberry color, turn off the heat, let stand cool.
- Put the ingredients of "A” in a bowl, add the bread, let stand for 5-10min. then, and make to pain perdu (French toast).
- Arrange the PainPerdu (French toast), and pour over the Compote and maple syrup.
