Salsa

Recipe type: Appetizers, Sauce
- 500g tomato, roasted, peeled and cut into dice
- 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
- 2 tbsp red wine
- 1 onion , cut into mince
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 clove garlic, cut into mince
- ⅓ cup green pepper chili, cut into mince
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp oregano
- little of coriander
- pinch of pepper
- Combine the all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.
- let stand cool for about 2-3 hours in refrigerate.
