Green Tea Scorn and Cocoa Scorn 抹茶とココアのスコーン

Ingredients
  • Green tea:
  • 200g flour
  • 2 tsp green tea
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 70g no salt butter
  • 40g granules sugar
  • 110-120ml
  • Cocoa:
  • 180g flour
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 70g no salt butter
  • 40g granules sugar
  • 110-120 ml
Instructions
  1. Cut the butter into small cube pieces, (let stand cool in ref) Combine the flour, baking powder, green tea powder (or cocoa powder), and sugar, sift and mixing into a bowl.
  2. Add the butter, and rub into flour with your fingertips, until becomes texture is sand. Add the milk, and mixing with rubber spatula. Sprinkle the flour on the table, and knead the dough until smooth.
  3. Roll dough until about 1㎝ think on a surface sprinkle with flour, and cut into shapes(circle or oval).
  4. Bake for 12- 13 min at 180℃
