Pork Hot Pot 豚鍋

- 900g-1kg Pork thinly slice
- 500g spinach
- 10cm square × 1 konbu kelp
- 1.5-2 liter water
- Set the water and konbu kelp in a pot and over a heat with cover.
- When it comes boil, reduce the heat to low, and add the pork. When it heated through, add the spinach. And simmer until heated through and each diner dip it in favorite dipping sauce with condiments.
- Dipping sauce:
- ♢ Ponzu sauce
- ♢ Olive oil + soy sauce
- ♢ sesame sauce
- Condiments:
- ♢ grated white radish + chili powder
- ♢ grind sesame
- ♢ mustard
- ♢ japanese lime "YUZU" (grated zest, juice etc...)
- ♢ pepper
- ♢ spring onion chopped
