Sesame Fritter with Squid いかのごまフリッター

- 1 body squid
- ½ flour
- 2½ tsp salt
- oil for deep-frying
- A:
- 1 tsp sake
- pepper
- B:
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 tbsp starch
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame
- ½ tsp toasted black sesame
- Cut the squid body into round cut, and sprinkle the sake and pepper(A).
- Place the Ingredients of "B" into a bowl, and mix. Make to the batter.Wipe the squid with paper towel, coat with flour.
- Heat the oil in a pan at 170℃, Cover the squid with plenty of batter, and deep-fry.
- Serve in a dish, and garnish with salt.
