Onion and Potato Grill with Egg mayonnaise 紫玉葱とジャガイモのグリルマヨネーズソース

- 2 red onion
- 2 potato
- Egg Mayonnaise sauce:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp minced red onion
- 2 tbsp minced chive
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- virgin olive oil
- rock salt
- Put on the baking sheet with aluminum foil, cut the red onion in half, and place on to the aluminum foil. Bake for about 1 hour half. Wash the potato and wipe the moisture, and bake for about 45 min.
- Make to egg mayonnaise sauce. Boil the egg, cut the white part into mince, Place the egg into a bowl, add the red onion, chive, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, and mix well.
- Place the just cooked red onion and potato in a dish garnish with olive oil, rock salt and egg mayonnaise sauce.
