Pear Crumb Cake 洋梨のクラムケーキ

Serves: 4 - 5
- For crumb:
- 10 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp butter
- For Filling:
- 1 egg
- 200 cc fresh cream
- 1 tbsp rum
- 2 pears
- vanilla essence
- Make to crumb: Place the flour, sugar, and butter in a bowl and rub with your fingertips. The texture should become like crumbing.
- Make to filling: Place the egg, fresh cream, rum, and vanilla essence in a bowl and mix until smoothly.
- Cut the pear in half size and place on the bake dish. Pour the mixture of "2” on the pear. Then place the crumbs on the top and bake for about 50-60 min at 170℃ in oven.
