Meat Balls Sweden-Style スウェーデン風ミートボール

- 400g ground beef and pork
- ½ onion, cut into finely chop
- 25g bread crumb
- 100ml milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- ½tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 3 tbsp butter
- For apple berry sauce:
- 100g apple berry jam
- 50ml white wine
- 50ml water
- salt and pepper
- Combine the bread crumb and milk. Put the ground meat, onion, combined bread crumb and milk, egg, salt, pepper, and nutmeg into a bowl and mix well.
- Soak your hands in water, make to the meat balls for 30 pieces. Heat the butter in a frying pan, and cook.
- Make to apple berry sauce: Place the white wine in a small pot and bring to a boil. Add the apple berry jam and water, and simmer for about
- min. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Place the meat ball in a plate and garnish with apple berry sauce.
