Snow Peas with Sesame Soy Sauce 絹さやのごまじょうゆ

- 300g snow peas
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- 3tbsp toasted sesame
- Remove the strings of snow peas and boil briefly. Cool under the running cold water and pat dry.
- Put the snow peas in a bowl and add the soy sauce, ginger and sesame and toss.
