Spaghetti Neapolitan-Japanese Style 日本風スパゲッティナポリタン

- 250g spaghetti
- 1 onion
- 4 slice ham
- 4 green pepper
- 1 small can mushroom
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 7-8 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp granules soup stock
- 1 tsp wrocester sauce
- salt and pepper
- parmesen cheese your taste , to serve
- Slice the onion, cut the ham into 1㎝ wide pieces and green pepper in half and remove the seed, then cut into finely strips.
- Boil the spaghetti in water with salt and drain.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion, ham, green pepper, and mushroom. And add the boiled spaghetti and fry again.
- Add the ketchup, soup stock and sauce. Fry quickly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place it on a plate and sprinkle the parmesan cheese.
