- 1 chicken breast
- a little of salt
- a little of grind garlic
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 bagel
- baby leaves
- pizza cheese
- lemon
- pepper
- vegetable oil, butter
- Add the salt into boiled water and boil the chicken for about 15 min. let stand cool. When it cooled, finely split with your hand and put into bowl. Add the garlic, mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper mix well.
- Cut the bagel in half. Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan, toast the bagel until little brown color.
- Put the baby leaves, chicken salad, cheese in this order on bagel, squeeze the lemon and sprinkle the pepper.
