Fried Yam with Teriyaki 長いもの照り焼き炒め

Serves: 4
- 400 g yam
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- tear seaweed
- Peel and cut the yam into 1㎝ thickness rounds.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, and add the yam and fry.
- Add the soy sauce, sake, and mirin in to a frying pan and fry and toss.
- Finally, garnish with tear seaweeds.
