Curry Soup with Pork and Vegetables 豚バラと根菜のカレースープ

Serves: 4
- 300g pork belly, cut into bite- size pieces
- 1 onion, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 carrot, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 turnip, cut into bite size pieces
- vegetable oil
- 1 knob garlic, cut into finely chop
- 1 knob ginger, cut into finely chop
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu
- 700cc hot water
- 2 knob curry roux
- 150g boiled soy beans
- Heat the oil in a pot and add the garlic and ginger and fry. When it starts to smell good, add the pork and fry.
- Add the all vegetables and fry briefly. Pour the hot water and add the men-tsuyu, curry roux, and boiled soy beans and simmer for about 20-30 min.
