Green Asparagus with Peanuts Cream アスパラのピーナッツクリーム和え

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 tbsp peanut cream
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut off the bottom part of asparagus and 2㎝ lengths pieces. Boil the asparagus and let stand cool.
  2. Put the peanut cream, soy sauce, and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Add the asparagus and toss.
