Deep-Fried Chicken Wings with Fish Sauce Flavor 手羽先のヌクマム揚げ

- 300g chicken wings
- 1 lemon glass, cut into finely chop
- 1 knob garlic, cut into finely chop
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt
- Japanese chili
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- vegetable oil for deep fry
- coriander
- Put the fish sauce, sugar, salt, Japanese chili, and sesame oil into a bowl and mix well. Add the lemon glass and garlic.
- Put the chicken wing into a bowl of (1) and knead well with season. Let stand for 30 min.
- Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over a medium heat and Deep frying the chicken wings until crispy and golden brown color.
