Day #6 Japanese-Style Vegetable ANKAKE(和風野菜のあんかけ)

- 1 bunch komatsuna
- ½ carrot
- 150g thinly sliced pork
- ¼ onion
- ¼ Chinese cabbage
- 2 cups dashi stock
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp starch + 2 tbsp water
- Cut the komatsuna, carrot, Chinese cabbage into 5 ㎝ long pieces. Cut the onion into thinly slice. Cut the pork into bite-size pieces.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the pork, onion, carrot, Chinese cabbage, and komatsuna and stir-fry. They are cooked, add the dashi stock, sake, mirin, sugar and soy sauce and bring to boil.
- Add the starch dissolved in the water to the pan to thicken the sauce.
