Eggplant Saute 茄子の炒め物

Serves: 2
- 3 eggplants
- 2 sliced bacon or ham
- 1 knob garlic
- 1 chili
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Cut the eggplants into thinly slice and bacon in 5㎜ wide pieces. Cut the garlic into finely chop.
- Put the garlic, chili, olive oil in a frying pan and heat over a low heat. When it comes to good smell, put the egg plants and bacon. Then fry until eggplants is soft.
- Seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Note: Place the Eggplants sauté in a gratin plate, put the tomato sauce and sliced gruyere cheese and cook at 200℃ oven. You can make for "Eggplants Gratin" Serve with Baguette.
