Chicken Dipped in Southern Style チキン南蛮漬け

- 400g chicken tight
- ½ onion
- ½ carrot
- 1 red, yellow, orange paprika
- starch
- 1 chili, chopped
- 4 sliced lemon
- vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- For Southern Style sauce
- 120cc vinegar (Japanese vinegar= Rice vinegar, Grain vinegar)
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- In a vat, sprinkle the salt, sake, mirin, soy and soy sauce over the chicken and little knead. let stand for 10 minutes.
- Cut the onion, carrot, and paprika into thinly strips. Chop the chili.
- Combine the all ingredients of Southern style sauce in a pot,(small size) and boiling briefly. And set aside.
- Coat the chicken with starch. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Then deep fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the chicken from frying pan and soak them in the dipping sauce( southern style sauce) while still hot for over 1 hour with striped all vegetable
