Beef Minced Rice Bowl 牛そぼろ丼

Ingredients
  • 4 portion cooked rice
  • 300g ground beef
  • 50g snow peas
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp sake
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 3 soy sauce
Instructions
  1. Place the sake (your preference) into a pan, and boiling. Add the ground beef and roast-simmer. When the color change, drain it.
  2. Combine the sake, sugar, mirin, and soy sauce in a pan, and bring to a boil. add the cooked ground beef, and simmer until the liquid is almost gone.
  3. Make scrambled eggs: Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the salt, sake, and soy sauce and mix together. Pour the egg in a pan, and turn the heat on low. Stir the mixture with four chopsticks until it’s cooked.
  4. Blanch the snow peas and chill in cold water, drain and cut diagonally into thin strips. 5 Divide the rice into individual bowls. Arrange the ground beef, eggs, and snow peas on top.
