Pepper and Dried-Young Sardine with Fried-Simmer ピーマンとじゃこの炒め煮

- 2 pepper
- 1 sheet(3㎝ square ) konbu kelp
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp dried- young sardine
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp sake
- toasted white sesame
- Cut the pepper into 1㎝ wide pieces. Cut the konbu into strip and sprinkle the water.
- Heat the oil in a pot, and add the pepper and dried- young sardine and fry. Add the water, sake, mirin, and soy sauce and fry-simmer until liquid is gone.
- Arrange it a plate or small bowl, sprinkle the toasted white sesame.
